How can I make returns or exchanges?

Within the first 30 days, we are happy to assist with returning/exchanging new and unworn merchandise, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.

Our 30 day return policy for purchases made between November 1st and December 30th 2020 is extended to January 31st 2021.


A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender.


Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please take your return to your local Tiffany & Co. boutique.

A representative will be on hand to assist you from 8:00AM–6:30PM Monday through Friday, 9:30AM–5:30PM on Saturday and 10:00AM–5:00PM on Sunday, AEST.
