What is the online returns and exchanges policy and process?

The returns policy and process outlined below are related to online purchases only. If you purchased your item in-store please click here.

 

Items purchased on Tiffany.com.au may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase. Returns and exchanges for change of mind will only be accepted in original condition, with the tag attached. Orders placed from 1st November 2024 are eligible for extended returns and exchanges until 31st January 2025.

 

Products must be returned in the original packaging, including the sales receipt and any documents provided.

 

Items which have been personalised, altered, or unsealed after delivery (e.g fragrance), cannot be returned or exchanged. Items with a retail value over AUD$15,000 will be eligible for exchange only.

 

Tiffany & Co. (Australia) Pty Ltd acknowledges that certain consumer rights will apply when buying products or services in Australia, including the “consumer guarantees” provided pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to limit or otherwise exclude any such rights.

 

Online return process

To request a complimentary return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

 

  1.  Complete our online returns form. A Tiffany & Co. representative will email you within 1-3 business days with approval and shipping information.
  2. Replace the return item(s) with tag attached, in the original packaging inclusive of sales receipt and any supporting documents.
  3. Affix the complimentary pre-paid label provided by Tiffany & Co. to your parcel and lodge at your local Post Office.

 

Once your order reaches our returns facility it will undergo a quality assessment. If the product meets our return conditions you will be reimbursed to your original payment method, or the exchange will be processed. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange only.

 

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days.

 

You are also welcome to visit a Tiffany & Co. boutique in Australia to exchange your item, however, no refunds will be issued through Tiffany & Co. Boutiques.
