What is the online returns and exchanges policy and process?

The returns policy and process outlined below are related to online purchases only. If you purchased your item in-store please click here.

 

Tiffany & Co. (Australia) Pty Ltd acknowledges that certain consumer rights will apply when buying products or services in Australia, including the “consumer guarantees” provided pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to limit or otherwise exclude any such rights.

 

Online return policy

Items purchased on Tiffany.com.au may be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not offer a refund for change of mind for High Jewellery, Engagement Rings or Fine Jewellery (articles with a retail value over AUD$15,000). All online returns undergo rigorous quality checks so please ensure you meet the following conditions before submitting a return request:

 

  • Your item has not been personalised with engraving, etching, embossing or other personalised services. 
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn and in original condition (including seal stickers for fragrance). You may be asked to provide photos prior to shipping your item back.
  • You have the sales receipt and original packaging. 
  • It is within the first 30 days since purchase.
  • You are within Australia. 
  • You are the original purchaser. If you are a gift recipient, you may be eligible for an exchange.

 

Online return process

If your item meets the above conditions, you can submit a return or exchange request via the process below.

 

  1.  Submit a request using this form. You will hear back from a Tiffany & Co. representative within 3 business days.
  2. Once you have received approval from us, you may lodge your item at your local Post Office. Your item must be in perfect condition accompanied by a sales receipt and original packaging. We recommend opting for parcel insurance as Tiffany & Co. is not held liable for items damaged or lost in transit.
  3. You will receive an email notification when we have received your return parcel. It will then undergo quality assessment and if approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days. 

 

Returns approved for a refund must be shipped to our returns facility and cannot be refunded in a Tiffany boutique. Returns processed as a refund will be processed in the form of the original tender to the purchaser. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange.
