Owl on a Rock
The Owl on a Rock chapter reimagines the iconic Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Bird on a Rock. In keeping with the spirit of the starry sky, these brooches portray the Bird on a Rock as an owl at night. Each owl motif has a distinct personality and character that complements the gemstone on which it is perched.
Like the emblematic Bird on a Rock, its nocturnal counterpart perches on an impressive gem with gold talons and diamond plumage. In this enchanting new design, the owl motif clutches a striking cabochon tanzanite of over 116 carats. The House proudly introduced this deep blue Tiffany “legacy gemstone” to the world in 1968.
This Owl on a Rock brooch in platinum and 18k yellow gold features sapphire eyes, a body of diamonds and a South Sea black drop pearl. The owl perches atop an ethereal gem: an unenhanced esteemed Sri Lankan star sapphire of over 57 carats.
