What shipping options are available on Tiffany.com?

Shipping Rates & Times

To ensure the secure delivery of your order a signature is required upon release, Tiffany & Co. does not ship to post office boxes or parcel lockers.

 

Standard shipping

Tiffany & Co. offer complimentary standard shipping for orders over the value of AU$250. For orders under AU$250, a flat rate of AU$15 will apply.

 

Standard delivery to a metro region is within 3 – 5 business days once dispatched.

 

Standard delivery to a rural region is within 5-7 business days once dispatched.

 

Express Shipping AU$25

Tiffany & Co. express orders can be organized via telephone on 1 800 731 131 or LiveChat prior to placing the order online. Orders placed by 1 pm will be dispatched on the day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following business day.

 

Standard delivery to a metro region is within 1-3 business days.

 

Standard delivery to a rural region is within 3-5 business days.

 

Engraving Schedule for online orders

Please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery of standard engraved items and an additional 3-4 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand engraved items.

 

Return Policy

Tiffany & Co. offer complimentary returns for orders made on Tiffany.com.au. Please contact us via 1 800 731 131 or email us on SalesServiceAustralia@Tiffany.com to request a complimentary shipping label.

 

You may also return your item to any of our retail boutiques in Australia. To locate your local Tiffany boutique please click here.

 

For merchandise purchased from Tiffany.com.au or a Tiffany boutique in Australia, other than the Tiffany & Co. fragrance range, an exchange or credit can be accepted if returned in a saleable condition within 30 says accompanied by a Tiffany sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.

 

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

 

Can I track my online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment.

 

You can track your parcel with the tracking link provided in the shipping notification email. If you are located in a rural region, you can use your FedEx tracking number on the TNT website as the reference number for updates. TNT is the authorized last mile carrier for FedEx.

 

Will my Tiffany.com purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All Tiffany.com.au purchases arrive in the signature Tiffany Blue Box, tied with a white satin ribbon. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank car per recipient will be included in your order.

 

Can I ship my order to an international location?

No, currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Australia.
