Express Delivery
Enjoy express and secure delivery within 1-2 business days from the time your order is shipped. Orders are typically dispatched within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow extra time for regional addresses outside NSW. Product availability may be limited.
Express orders with a Sydney delivery address will enjoy a premium delivery service at no extra cost. You will receive your Blue Box next business day and enjoy the benefits of live tracking and direct contact with a Delivery Concierge who can help with delivery requests.
Express delivery is free for all online orders.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery is available for select postcodes in Sydney when ordering before 2pm AEST Monday through Friday and 1pm AEST on Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm eligibility. Your parcel will be delivered same day between 5pm to 8pm on Weekdays and betwen 2pm to 6pm on Saturday. You will receive a text or call beforehand from the courier to confirm. Product availability may be limited.
Same Day Delivery is free for orders over $750. Otherwise, it is $29.99.
To receive your order on the same business day, please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm eligibility and select Same Day Delivery.
Engraving
If your order has engraving, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery of machine-engraved items and an additional 3-4 weeks for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items.

Can I track my online order?
A shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. You will receive multiple email acknowledgments if your order results in more than one shipment.
Will my Tiffany.com purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
All Tiffany.com.au purchases arrive in the signature Tiffany Blue Box, tied with a white satin ribbon. At the checkout process, you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your parcel.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
To ensure the secure delivery of your order a signature is required upon release, Tiffany & Co. does not ship to post office boxes or parcel lockers.
Can I ship my order to an international location?
No, currently the Tiffany.com.au website is only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Australia. Tiffany & Co. also offers e-commerce services for other countries. To find the contact information for your preferred country please click here.
Complimentary Shipping Terms and Conditions:
· Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
· Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on Tiffany.com.au for domestic delivery.
