How can I get an item serviced?

We service items made by Tiffany & Co. You may either bring your item to the Tiffany store nearest you or send in your item via mail. If you choose to visit a store you must book an appointment prior via this link. Information on pricing can be found here, on the repair form linked below, or you can contact us for more information.

 

If you choose to send your item via mail, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Download our repair form here.

2. Print form and complete all information.

3. Enclose form with item to be repaired.

4. Send item and form, via an insured shipping method, to:
