What are your Christmas shipping cut-off dates?

To receive your Tiffany & Co. Blue Box in time for Christmas, please see below important information regarding our online shipping and service cut-offs.

 

 

Express Delivery

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order by 2pm AEDT Friday 19 December. Ensure the shipping method shows "Express Shipping" at checkout. 

 

If you are located in a regional town outside of NSW, please allow an additional day for delivery. If you have any questions, please contact our Client Care team on 1800 829 152.

 

 

Same Day Delivery

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order by 12pm AEDT Wednesday 24 December

 

Same Day Delivery is available for select postcodes in Sydney every Monday to Saturday (excl. Public Holidays). Ensure your order is placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday and 1pm AEST Saturday and "Same Day Delivery" is selected at checkout. Please note the cut-off on 24 December will be 12pm AEDT.

 

Your parcel will be delivered between 5pm to 8pm same day with a text or call beforehand from the courier to confirm. 

 

 

Standard Delivery

At checkout, if your shipping method does not say "Express Shipping" or "Same Day Delivery," we will deliver your order by Standard Delivery. Please place your order by 2pm AEDT Wednesday 17 December for delivery in time for Christmas.

Engraving

For Standard Machine Engraving, please place your order by 2pm AEDT Wednesday 17 December for delivery in time for Christmas. For Hand Engraving, the cut-off is 2pm AEDT Friday 5 December.

 

Please note that engraving orders cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.
