Who should I contact if my item arrives broken?

The broken item can be returned to any Tiffany & Co. store in Australia for assessment. A replacement order can be arranged after approval. Alternatively, a refund to the purchaser can be processed in the form of the original tender. 

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service on 1800 829 152. A representative will be on hand to assist you from 8:00AM–6:30PM Monday through Friday, 9:30AM–5:30PM on Saturday and 10:00AM–5:00PM on Sunday, AEST.
