Where can I get my Tiffany jewellery cleaned?
All Tiffany & Co. established stores and trade stores offer on-site cleanings for any Tiffany & Co. products by appointment. Gold and diamond jewellery cleanings are complimentary, while sterling silver jewellery cleanings are available for a fee. Appointments can be booked online and up to five items can be submitted per appointment.
Customers can also mail in items for cleaning, polishing or repair services. If mailing in, please follow the instructions listed below:
1. Download our Repair Form
2. Print form and complete all information.
3. Enclose form with item to be repaired.
4. Send item and form, via an insured shipping method, to:
